White-Winged Dove

I'm used to seeing Mourning Doves everywhere. So the first time I saw this dove, I was shocked to see such blue around the eyes.

This is a White-Winged Dove. The blue around the eyes almost seems to glow. Below are a couple of pictures. Here's a couple of links about the dove if you want to learn more about it.
