Eastern Fence Lizard - and a time with Dave

Here's a nifty little lizard - the Eastern Fence Lizard.

Dave Henderman Jr. and I was hiking through a state park in Georgia a couple months back. When we we on top of a hill I kept hearing this rustling and seeing movement in my peripheral vision.

Here's a picture of lizard. The lizard was evasive. As I would approach him, he would climb up a tree or go under leaves. He was definitely shy.

Here's Dave. Dave and I hiked the Pine Mountain Trail together. It was a good hike.
